Autumn Ins & Outs

As we start to see the change of season (ever so slightly through the indian Summer here in the UK) I decided to really get into the fall season I would write my list of "ins and outs" for Fall/Winter 2023.

So here it goes, starting with the Ins:

Meditation - At least 5-10 Minutes of Meditation in the morning
Back to a good gym routine - at least 3X per week with long walks in between
Making a cozy home - bed throws, candle lights, warmer light bulbs, fairy lights, cozy socks
Autumn walks - and for me I mean outside of Hackney too, Venture to other greens in London
Wholesomeness
Fall markets - To ponder around, but also would love to try my first ever market as a seller and showcase my jewellery brand
Style - Get my style back and wear what makes me feel good!
Hibernation - I've had my social summer, now it's time to be a bit more of a hermit
Going out for food with friends over drinks! - Well a healthy mix of both but with me and my friends it's always straight to the pub and staying in the pub till close. Recently me and a group of friends went out for food together instead and it's definitely more wholesome and more of what I need for me right now
Making jewellery!
Hot Chocolates and Chai Lattes!
Being patient with my growth

Outs:

Not giving myself enough time in the mornings
Staying out in the pub too late, especially on school nights!
Hectic brain - Thinking too much and doing nothing at all
Clutter!
Being broke - (Not sure how to fix this but I am constantly trying!)
No forcing - Let things go and let things come to us
Hangovers - Let's see how that goes but I'm past the age of hangovers being ok!
Self sabotage and negative talk - Focus on what you are, not what you aren't
People pleasing and not being able to say no
Comparing yourself - For me I mean especially with other jewellers/small business owners
Putting too much pressure on ourselves
Fomo - Introducing JOMO :)
